At an event for my business 20 years ago, i met a couple of toothless idiots. You know the kind of people who have no sense of personal space and talk waaay too close to you and talk too loud for the distance? Anywho, they dropped their white stupidity about blacks and jews shortly after engaging with my team. The SPLC is a joke.
Most of us on this board are adult white males.... of various ages ..... living in different parts of the country. I personally do not know one single white supremacist.... I don't know of any KKK groups in middle Tennessee.... or any other similar hate groups.
I'd like for as many of the posters as possible here comment on this. Do ANY of you know a white supremacist or of a local white supremacist group?
My opinion isn't that it's Trump's fault ..... I think it's the media's fault
Give them an ounce of power and watch them beat somebody to death for their cause. They are dispucable trash.Interesting label. Do you think they cause terror or terrorize other people?
I think they are horrible. Do more damage than good to win souls for Christ. But i don't think anyone fears them.
No, it doesn’t help. It’s just fodder for whoever already disagrees with that group. “See even your own people think you’re crazy!” It’s a total cable news mentality. It’s why MSNBC used to being on Charlie Sykes. He’s a conservative who criticizes trump. It’s like the holy grail for liberal cable news. There’s an unspoken “see, even they know he’s crazy.”It would help if “groups “ of people would condemn others from their “group” for ridiculous behavior.
Christians or Baptist share a name with one of the worst groups I can remember. Westbroro Baptist Church. (Who gives a **** how it’s actually spelled). Those guys are a special bread of scum. Anythime they show up there should be others there from different Baptist churches condemning their words and actions. People fear “all” Muslims because they don’t speak out publicly against the extreme beliefs. It could be that the moderate Muslim is also afraid of the extremists but that’s a different conversation
All true, which is precisely why I claim that people who are easily manipulated (propagandized) into hating other people are a big part of the problem and share the same basic characteristics regardless of race, religion, or nationality...gullible and non-thinking.This particular situation is the outcome of a larger problem that has been documented in research. White nationalism and hate groups in general are on the increase. There will be much more of these types of attacks over the next few years.
Hate groups also include black nationalists, which have seen an increase in the last few years, as well as fundamentalist Muslims, Jews, and Christians. Just thought I'd mention that before I get labeled as a white hating commie.
The assertion was made that Islam is an inherently violent, murdering religion. I pointed out that there are Islamic countries that are no more violent than America. So wouldn't you think that might have something to do with the homicide rate discrepancy?
Is it an intentional homicide.Serious question. Do they count honor killings as part of the homicide rate?
