To me they have to go after the best Safety availble. Get Hope some help. Lamont gets torched when they play Cover 2. He can hit but doesnt have the speed or smarts to play great safety.

After that i would go after another Wr or LB.

We need a tall, speedy wideout with great hands. A Roy Williams type. I know CJ will be gone but Jarrett or Samardzia could be a good pickup.

I agree with CBC... I hope they go hard after defense. Anything. They could really use another Jevon Kearse.

You can get wideouts anywhere in the draft, Marques Colston for example. But, you could say the same about any position.

yea, me and my dad were talkin about Lamont the other day. He gets burnt it seems like every play. Maybe if he didnt have so much damn hair!

Draft Defense & Oline.
Wait for Roy Williams to become a FA or request a trade....it's bound to happen.

Need help in the secondary, a big play reciever, and depth on both lines. I agree with CBC that we should take a safety. That is unless there is an impact reciever avaliable, then we have to grab him.

i say the pick up a DB in the first round, and in the 2nd round pick up...Meach

I know, he wont go pro if he's projected in 2nd round but, just a thought.

I think that we should get a good safety like CC said. Maybe a Michael Griffin or Tom Zbikowski..

There aren't really any safeties who jump out at you for a middle to late first round pick. You have some solid CBs at that level and some nice, nice DTs.

Zona I think hes a great player and when he is on the field he is usually making a tackle on every play. What do you think of Zip?

Tough, fast player who plays more for the big play than the fundamental play. Will be a 1st day pick, probably in the 2nd round of 2008's draft, but if he shows some growth in 2007 at ND, he could sneak into the 1st round.

I don't think we go after a safety until 2nd or 3rd round where we try and pick up a sleeper if we get a safety at all. We have Fuller and Lowry for next year to come in and both have proven to be effective replacements for the "Dread". The one position we really need to get someone else solid is LB. I say we draft PW from Ole Miss. He is a beast and with Bullock, Thornton, Tulloch, and Willis on the chart that's just a SICK chart right there. We may even get some help in free agency. Free agency is one thing that could help us or break us. Drew Bennett is a FA after the season and so is Robaire Smith. The loss of Bennett hurts us more than Smith because we have already lost a #1 receiver 2 years ago but losing Smith wouldn't be as bad.

My rank of Positions we need.....

QB #8
RB #7
WR #6
OL #5

DL #3
LB #2
CB #1
S #4

Depending on where Tennessee ends up drafting, Willis might be gone.

WR needs to be a focal point of the draft, but I could imagine Fisher looking at the trenches. There's a reason he's one of the best coaches in the league.

1. WR
2. DL
3. OL

I've actually been fairly impressed with the offensive line this year. Having a decent running back in Travis Henry helped I'm sure, but the running game has been consistently there all year. Young's mobility is also to mask any deficiencies the line may have in pass blocking as he can get away from most of the pressure.

But, you can't have enough offensive lineman. I won't complain if that's the route they go.

The Titans need a big play WR, a nice OT, a good DT, and another S. Draft best available in the first round, then go from there. I think WR will be the biggest need because I don't think we resign Bennett. Maybe we get some nice trades like last year.

No idea on free agency. That could change alot. We have alot of cap space and could go after some decent FAs instead of drafting.

Seems like I heard Houshmandzadeh is a free agent after this year, but not certain on that. I'd take him.

TJ would be nice but the FA list I saw didn't have TJ on it. In fact, there weren't any real playmakers at WR. Dwight Freeney is a FA though.

Wasn't sure on him, must've been talking about when he becomes a free agent.

Can't imagine the Colts wouldn't re-sign Freeney...
