Have to agree with that statement. Besides Jr won't blow as many engines either. Seems that HMS has had only one blown engine in 2007 and Jr had at least 4.
Oh and Jr shouldn't have any "loose wheels" either!
(You picked a fine time to leave me "loose wheel!")
Jr should win at least as many races as Kyle won in 2007. If he wins more than twice I'll be surprised.
Unless things change drastically, HMS will rule in 2008 with #48 and #24 winning at least 10-12 races. Is there any other team that has 3-4 good drivers? I don't think so.
Gibbs racing will have a better set up in 2008 with Kyle rather than JJ Yeley, but driving Toyota's will hinder them.
Not much. 2008 Junior has the better equipment, 2009 Kyle will have the better results mainly because he is a better driver. HMS should never let him go.
It should be close. I think that Jr. will certainly do better than in 2007, but I think Kyle will do slightly better. I think they will both make the chase with at least one or two wins between them. I hate Kyle Busch with a passion, but I admit the guy can drive and I think he has more natural born talent than Jr., even if Dale is of the Earnhardt pedigree.
I hated Kyle last year on my most hated team, now he will be one of my favorite drivers on my favorite team.Just weird,or I'm weird,or both most likely.
A lot of new variables,so I have no idea who will do better.Jr has no more excuses.Kyle will show he can take a Gibbs car to the front that JJ Yeley couldn't keep out of the wall.
No doubt its put up or shut up time for Little E. If he doesn't perform with the best equipment, it may be back to the Busch....err Nationwide Series for him.

Exactly, almost. He has too many wins to be demoted to the junior league. I think he will be exposed for what he is, a better than average driver, not a great driver at the level of Gordon, Johnson, Stewart, Martin, or Dale Sr.
Kyle Bush has more potential, but will he realize it? He hasn't learned the concept of slowing down enough to win. To finish first, you must first finish.
Jr. no matter what he does or how bad he performs will NEVER go back to the Busch Series, he's Dale Jr. folks. Kurt Busch is actually one of the nicest and coolest guys in Cup when you meet him. I can't say the same for his brother however.
