Huge buyout. He's coaching an elite team with the best facilities in CFB. He's building a huge house in Eugene currently. He's not leaving for now.

right i'm sure he'd stay put if florida offered him $5 mil

Its going to be difficult for anyone to replace Meyer, from my perspective. I don't mean that in a good way.

Meyer fit perfectly with how terrible everything is about the University of Florida, he just looks like a sniveling jort wearing pansy. I enjoyed routing against him at that place so much they had taken over as the #1 most abhorred team of all our rivals, even overtaking Alabama and Kentucky.

I can't imagine Mullen, or Peterson, or even Stoops possibly finding a way to become as hated as Meyer is throughout our fanbase.

I hope this doesn't mean that I won't loathe Florida in the future as much as I have the past half decade, because I've really enjoyed it.

I thought Notre Dame was Urban's dream job. Wonder if he wishes he had taken that job last year, or whenever it was available last?

Who cares who will replace him, the rule in history is the guy who replaces the GUY never succeeds. Looks like a good 3 to 4 year run for everyone in the east.

On the list IMO

Gruden: he won't but if he's going to take a college job this would be it
Malzahn
Mullen
Strong
Whittingham: was on the list last year...no reason to think he won't be again
Schiano: Rutgers coach has done some good things
Gary Patterson: dunno if he leaves (I know Boise's coach won't)
