Growing up in south FL I was privy to the typical Miami fan (in all sports, collegiate or pro) and NOBODY from the UM side of fandom had one iota of a connection to UM; they were simply south Floridians and that was “south FL’s” team. I didn’t realize how bad the support was until I showed up to 5k-8k empty seats in the Orange Bowl in 2003 for a top 10 matchup; and the empties weren’t from the unfulfilled allotment from the UT side.

Yes I would suggest the same thing if some regular at my bar came in and acted like we are supposed to give a **** about the nuance of Florida gator football coach and kept dancing around some idea about the fired coach of a team that none of us really care about, just say it, just say what you mean. Yes I am hostile towards Florida fans on this board because I can be it is a message board I can act however I want the same way he and you can by questioning my hostility. I come here to be hostile about football as a way to keep it away from my family. Works great give it a shot

You really take football to seriously if you can’t be around family because you can’t keep your emotions in check toward them.

This message board is a great place to vent and talk sh!t. That’s what it is for. I am around my family constantly and they never here me bitch about football because I come here and bitch. It’s pretty simple. I just wanted to know what Lawrence was implying when he respnded a few posts up lol
