I said 7-5 or 8-4, I think we can beat anyone even bama. We will beat OU by 10 or more

Not me. It's still 3 cupcakes + Kentucky + Vandy and try to steal one or two against Florida, Mizzou, Ole Miss, SC.

Exactly. Nothing has changed my opinion based on the first game. We handled USU about how I thought we would. We are still not good enough and not deep enough to beat the upper echelon of the SEC. I'm still saying anywhere from 5-7 to 7-5 depending on injuries.

Whatever woman, I'm sick of this OU love fest.

Chill out sir, I just don't think we can beat them at their place. No reason to get all pi$$ed off. Beating OK would be awesome but I'm not setting myself up for disappointment. I will gladly eat crow as will the rest of VN. :)

Still sitting at 6 to 7 wins. Schedule is too brutal this year. I think we will be much better than last year, but I think Georgia looks much improved. Bama is still at top team, OU looks better than expected. UF is a complete unknown and USCe looks beatable.

I think we lose to GA, Ole Miss, Bama, OK.

I think these are toss ups and we win 1-2 of UF, USCe, Mizzou, but don't believe we will win all 3.

The other 5 are wins.

There are two wins alot of people are marking down that I just can't rationally go with. There's still no reason for me to believe we are better than Florida or Missouri. There can be a case made for Mizzou but talent wise we are a long ways from the depth of UF. I hate it, but still its just reality. They were terrible last year, but I have a feeling it won't repeat. I just feel like we have a shot at 7 regular season wins , with a split between Mizzou or Ole Miss.

I'm sticking with the modest expectations I have always had for this team. Then if they are exceeded, I can enjoy it more. I will be happy with a bowl appearance, seven wins when it's all said and done.

Not after one game. I want to see a few more games by UT and its schedule. I think UT St. was expected to be a solid team but Im curious to see how much was UT making them look bad opposed to them not being that good.

UGA, Bama and OU are better football teams.
USC, UF, Ole Miss, and Mizzou are still wait and see IMO. Right now you would think we could get a couple of those but its hard to tell right now.

Same juggernaut everyone on earth thought had a Heisman QB. Battle tested, they played all the biggies off their feet, yak yak.

This is what gets me.. same people who were warning we were in for a tough fight into the 4th quarter.. and we better watch out for the upset.. they play EVERYONE close.. played top 10 teams down to the wire..

Are now the same people saying they were a cupcake.. and lets not read to far into this...they are not an SEC foe..

Six to 8 wins. Nothing has changed and UT handled USU just like I thought they would.

I thought that USU would not be quite the team that they were last year, for the known reasons, while Tennessee looked to be a little better. Now I suspect that Tennessee might be more than just a little better. We'll beat Vandy and Kentucky. Of SC, Ole Miss, Mizzou, and Florida, I expect to win two or three. Bammer and Georgia? Well, we'll see.

I entered the season expecting 5-7; w/ 6-6 as the minimum record needed to consider this season a success. I do think I'm a little more optomistic that 6-6 is acheivable coming off of Utah St win.

It would take a combination of a competitive 4 quarter game w/ Oklahoma and less-than-stellar performances by Fla and/or Mizzou to get me thinking about 7+ wins.

I think our chances of only winning 5 games has gone down, but I still think we win 6
