The games is baseball and the umps are there to control the way the game is played. If you don’t like the rules, play a different game.The ump should be held accountable for an atrocious strike zone. If you call the game correctly then Gilbert isn’t saying anything to the ump. His poor umpiring directly lead to him being ejected.
Some people just don’t know how to have a debate without getting personal or getting in their feelings. If you don’t agree with something, you can simply agree to disagree…Some of you all sound like the punk kid in the schoolyard who keeps trying to change the rules in the middle of a game just because he's losing.

The reason I bring it up is because it used to be measured at the plate. But because there is this desire to crown someone the best ever, it changed to the pitcher's release. So records had to be reevaluated. Dependence on technology is overrated.
