That has nothing to do with Obama. He provided the long form version of his birth certificate a long time ago. The guy who claimed that he could prove that Obama was born in Kenya, but then never did was being unprofessional. Guess who that was?

And being "Presidential," refers to professional and statesman-like conduct. You have drawn an absurdly false-equivalency.

LOL. Not every man can be indicted for paying hush money to silence a porn star/ stripper .... after having sex with her while his wife was pregnant. Trump is in for a brutal news cycle. He has nobody to blame but himself.

.... but you can't indict anyone for just anything, and then have it brought to a criminal trial.

Regardless of how you feel about this upcoming trial or Donald Trump, in general .....

It was stupid to write Stormy Daniels a $130K check, a month before the 2016 Presidential Election. The optics are terrible. The 2016 Trump Campaign should have just let her say whatever she wanted, and taken the chance that she wouldn't be believed. She is a porn star/ stripper after all.

That is so ridiculous. Many of them were caught on video, committing various acts of violence and vandalism. They were legitimately tried in a court of law and convicted. I hope that Trump continues to call them "hostages" and continues to pledge to pardon every one of them if elected .... that will not help him one bit. The President of law and order, my a$$.

I'd say the DOJ is weaponizing rule of law more than anything..

Most of the "conservatives" here don't care for Rule of Law. They only care when it can be applied to the other tribe....

It's 100% a misdemeanor. It's a huge stretch to say a settlement for the head of a branding entity raw dogging a porn star on a business trip is a political contribution. And given Trump's tax situation, it really can't be tax fraud there either....

I can't help but take note of how Democrats tried this line of defense for Bill Clinton in 1998 .... but Republicans weren't having any of it, and impeached him, anyway. Make of that what you will.
