The "odd" thing is obviously he did not get his first choice. Quite frankly I don't think he wanted T and he just made the offer because of the question at his press conference.
I think BJ sabotaged the T hire.

Now I ask who is he gonna get that would be better, especially since Hinshaw was the recruiting coordinator.

We need all the recruiters we can get.

I didn't say make him RC, just keep a great recruiter that is in contact with all the prospects on staff seems logical.

Especially when you are still trying to find a coach for that position. Which by the way was the most productive ever.
