So freaking quiet? I swear the littlest college's are louder than us! You shouldn't be able to hear hands clapping like its in your ear.

I know nothing that great has happened yet but I mean dang.

If I wasn't 17 man I would.

Once I get out there I'm going to as much as I can Football/basketball.

I don't know. You'd think a bowling arena would be pretty loud with all those heavy balls hitting the hardwood and strikes and spares knocking the pins around.

Because we don't have a coach anymore that went all out for the program's fans and atmosphere. Cuonzo is the direct opposite when it comes reaching out to the Bball's fan base. I haven't heard of anything big Cuonzo has done as far as events-wise to really catch fire for the his tenure here. This is not a "Bruce was God, and Cuonzo doesn't deserve a chance." But, if your gonna follow the guy who really put our program back on the map, you better work your arse off 200% to keep that fire.

As long as we start winning we will pack the house just as well in a couple of years as we did when Bruce was here.

It's not the arena, but the wine & caviar crowd. Even the announcer called them out for sitting on their hands through most of the game.

False. Bruce had fire going for the program 2-3 weeks after his hire. Everyone was on board with him from week 1 into the season and the Texas rout at home solidified it for him. Bruce only need 7 games to get fire and start packing a full house at TBA.

Because the situations that the two stepped in were exactly the same.

We didn't play Texas at home Bruce's first year. So, in other words, you have absolutely no clue what you're talking about. Spouting off crap must be fun.

Got to love Pearl lovers who don't even know what happens during his games. They probably just watched him sweat and didn't pay attention to the game itself.

Dumb. Bruce filled the house out of blind faith - but they still would have come eventually when they saw that we started winning - and the same thing will happen with Martin if he starts winning.

Nope, bassman, it was the fictional Texas game at home his first year that solidified the fanbase. Didn't you know?

Honestly because Vol fans are pretty much some of the weakest fans around. Neyland hasn't been a tough place to play in almost a decade at least, and both Neyland and TBA are pretty dead unless we're winning.

Excuse me on the mix up on the Texas games, but after we beat them I'm still right. He started packing the house. And as to the situation, look at it. Mid-major coaches hired in an offseason. Both not late hires like Dooley. They recruited their own players. What the difference of situations? Difference of talent is a little bit diferent, but at the end of the day, the coach has to coach the players he has. Cuonzo should be able to coach the kids on our roster. Cuonzo also got recruits he wanted. At the end of the day, first year coaches have to man up and coach what they got. Bruce did a better job, a way better job then Cuonzo out of the gate. Also, you act the like the difference of situation is like our program is handicapped for Cuonzo to do well.

Martin needs to paint his chest for the Lady Vols game tomorrow. That'll get the fans out.

You have absolutely no clue what you're talking about. It's very obvious. Why don't you inform the board what players were in Bruce Pearl's first class.

Ok who were the players Bruce brought in in his first class and then what players were on the roster that he had to coach?
