Why no one should worry about LSU

So the SEC Champ LSU team that beats Bama and Georgia in the past month is left out? Media says they are in. Can't see UGA being left out even with 1 loss either. All I see is us getting screwed. I'm in panic mode.

LSU beating Georgia is as likely as monkeys flying out of all of our butts

In a12 team playoff all power 5 champs will get in. But with a 4 team playoff it isn’t happening. There isn’t a ACC team worthy of the top 4. It isn’t happening with Clemson or North Carolina unless madness happens and many lose. They will not jump a 1 loss Tennessee. Tennessee just needs to finish off the last 2 opponents. That’s all they can do. If they do that they have a very good chance. GBO!

They have 2 losses. One of them is to us.. In their house. That being said, of they beat UGa, we're out.

You worry too much and listen to too many Tiger fans. Deep down, they don't even believe their own argument. They want to discount TN for "not winning their division" while simultaneously shouting, "SeC cHaMpIoN hAs nEvEr bEeN lEfT oUt." They're somehow projecting TN is weak for not winning the east while also projecting the strength of the league overall. That's not a logical argument. It's just not logical folks, LSU will not jump a one loss TN team.

and for what it's worth. I still see Texas AM knocking them off at the end of the season. It's being hyped up around here as their bowl game, and AM has beaten some good teams this year, while LSU looked weak af against Arkansas last week. If they survive at A&M, there might be 5% chance they beat GA if GA has a total collapse, but the metrics just don't support it. LSU is a good team, but not a great one.

LSU beating Georgia would be “interesting”. Still hard to justify leaving Tennessee out given they beat the piss out of LSU at Tiger Stadium. Tennessee just needs to continue to blow teams out and that loss to Georgia becomes not as big an issue.

you're using quantitative measures to determine who makes it in. CFP voters are subjective. They vote on what have you done for me lately. We can knock off all the ranked teams we want but if LSU knocks off the undefeated #1 ranked team, that's what they'll think about. Its why they say "they remember November".

You do know GA lost to BAMA in the SEC game last year and still made it? Same thing will happen this year if LSU wins. It's that simple. GA is a lock if they win out the regular season and lose in the SEC championship game.

LSU I don’t imagine gets in regardless unless they just smoke Georgia. Scenario that’s scary is if Michigan beats Ohio State in a close game and two big ten teams get in somehow. Shouldn’t happen but it damn sure could.

A & M has a shot at LSU. I know they have major problems. It’s at A&M next weekend. Remember how tough they played bama? It’s not likely but I can see lsu getting upset. Not like they looked good against Arkansas

Based on what A&M did today vs UMASS--------The aggies have folded their tent.
