Why, Rick Barnes?

There was no champion in 2020.

#1 seeds won in 15, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, 24.

Never trust AI. 😂
Definitely don't trust an LLM to count, they are absolute trash at it.

You'd be surprised at how little LLMs know about anything before you tell them.

meh.....A computer/AI is always only as good has the person programming it/ asking the question. So really it was my misunderstanding in regards.

I was just really guessing as why the difference to what you had, but I was also going off the specific question I typed into AI.
The difference was probably in the way I phrased the question.
I can't remember exactly the question I typed/ asked, but it must have been something to where AI took it as #1 seed more often than # 2 seed in last 10 years.
#2 seed had 1 win so you have 7-1, or a difference of 6 ( i.e 6 more wins out of the 10).

Incidentally, when you start looking back the last 35 years to 1990, it makes the fact we didn't get that #1 seed suck even more.
#1 Seeds have won it 24 times ( almost 70% 👀),
and the ole # 2 seeds just 4 times (11 %).
That's even worse than I originally thought.
😏

I really don't like the fact we lost that Ole Miss game.🫤

I will say for anyone wanting to look on the bright side that out of the last 35 Championships the non-#1 seed has managed to win 11 times.
Out of those 11 times, 4 times it was a #2 seed that ended up winning the Natty.

So the bright side is that if a #1 seed doesn't happen to win this year, we have ~ 37% chance of winning a Natty.

Ha....not great all things considered, but better than a #3 seed at 27% and a # 4 seed at 18%.

A whole he// of a lot better than all the other seeds, because besides a #7 seed one time in 2014, no other seed has won outside a 1-4 seed in 35 years. All other seeds are sitting at 0% odds!
