Why

Bro, we are both Vol fans here who want the same thing. I wasn't trying to be anything. I made a post opinion g on my perceived lack of talent and depth here at Tennessee.

I am not a CBJ fanboy and will admit that he made a mistake looking back. I am just taking a wait-and-see approach before I call him out as being woefully inept.

I believe every game we play will be winnable-upsets happen. The difference between more talented teams is their window for mistakes are much higher because they can make it up. This year, Tennessee is going to have to play some perfect football to win some of the games on our schedule.

Every week I go to Neyland I am hoping and believing we will win, but I temper that with the truth of where we are right now as a program.
Thats fine but when you go to barking how ignorant a fan is without understanding his side and starting all the trolling crap just know that we all see things through our own eyes. We all have a different story but would love the same outcome!

Not laughing chum, I was sick for a week after that loss. We lost to a WR at QB. By the way, it sounds like you are hoping this happens.

Not hoping for anything but the best, I'll be there just like I was for peay and wku just like I have been for the last 12 years in section U come see me I'll get you a booster seat little man so you can see over the grown ups I'll be there for the rest of the year

So by your logic Dooley didn't get a fair shot, if the talent pool is really that depleted after 4 straight top 25 classes then things were really bad when Dooley got here he went 6-6 his first year so we should expect nothing less than that? I like CBJ but some of you are reaching big time to defend him and there is no need he isn't going anywhere this year unless he finish 2-10 then things may get ugly

I may be confused on your point, but it makes no sense to say Dooley didn't get a fair shot when he had that offense and a so-so defense with Wilcox. Hiring the worst DC in the world and losing to Missouri and UK... yeah.

I think BJ is a good coach but not a great coach. But is he the coach to get Tn back in the national spotlight ? He has 3 years to prove this but from day one I thought he dropped the ball by bringing most of the staff from Cincy with him. I never thought his read option off. would work in the SEC and still don't and so far its pathetic. Then he brings in 2 rejects that was fired from UGA and we are getting the same results from those 2 that the Ga fans were getting from them. But BJ and Saban shouldn't be mentioned in the same breath. I like BJ but not sold on him and the best staff in the country.

I didn't think Urban's offense would work either, but it did with a good QB. If you think that about Butch's offense, then you must think the same about Freeze and Malzahn. Spurrier has even gone to more of a read/spread look where his QB is running more than ever. I don't know how someone can evaluate our defensive coaches after 4 games (2 against top 20 teams). The secondary is playing much better, and our defense has been creating many more TO's than the last couple of years with 3 scores. I swear people think they know it all.

Not being dumb I do however Understand he has done nothing to have a street named after him. Did we make them run east and west in the backfield and run a read option with a pro style qb ? Then I wonder who we are allowed to blame?

He's won at both places he's been. What more do you want?

Dude this enept offense (mostly passing game) can't do jack. If they can't run a simplified vanilla offense what do you want them to do?

Everyone is saying lack of talent not enough jimmy and joes etc. recruiting was never dooleys problem what he failed to realize is you have to develop the talent which you recruit. So the argument should be CBJ has a lot of undeveloped talent

A+ on the ending. Everyone last year talked about how awful the DBs were but not it's the coach's fault?

Are some of you really this dumb? Bray, Hunter, Rodgers, and Patterson were a part of those classes, and they are gone. If CBJ had them, this would all be different. I agree that when Dooley came in, the roster was terrible. But it isn't a whole lot better now for different reasons. I swear our fans are ridiculous. Think.
