wikileaks and CIA

"Many of the CIA's Muslims are naturalized Americans, who said they are proud that the U.S. government has trusted them with its most closely-guarded secrets, even though some had barely obtained U.S. citizenship before entering the CIA," the report notes.

Seriously though what else would they say.

Seems they've gotten together to collaborate a narrative - that this "poses a threat to Trump".

How retarded. This poses a threat to all Americans for a number of different reasons. Wikileaks said it has the entire CIA hacking code arsenal. There's no doubt others have access to it as well if what's being reported is true. It also compromises any activity in monitoring actual enemies (extra Trump, VolProf). WAPO is reporting that the CIA was caught completely off guard by the release. Did they not know that their entire hacking arsenal was floating around among a group of former employees and contractors?

Anyway, it only further proves Trump right - that we have some extremely reckless people in our intel communities who compromise highly classified information either through malice or gross incompetence.

If true, that's a major geopolitical event.

That's a really bad look, vp.

What do you mean a bad look?

By DavetheMoralCynic's own logic, CIA members are criminals. He claims to have family members who were/are CIA members. Therefore, by his logic, they are criminals.

I don't think they're criminals. I think they're doing a great service to the American people and are mostly keeping us safe, despite few bad eggs.

Take your offense up with Dave, not me.

Question: If Trump knows more than the IC wouldn't it stand to reason that he is getting his information from somewhere else like Russia?

I gotcha. My bad.

It won't shock me one bit if some members of Wikileaks ends up missing at some point in the future. I think messing with the CIA is not a good thing

You sound like Chucky Schumer, so I'll have to ask. What exactly are you insinuating? Certainly you couldn't be suggesting that the CIA would bring harm to a person or entity that challenges them, or are you?

Got his own Snowden.

Apparently CIA contractors are quick to let loose the goods.

I think the big story out of this is that they add fingerprints to make it look like Russia or another government is responsible.

Trump has billions of dollars. You don't think that he could have thrown a few coins to a private sector cybersecurity outfit and been told the same thing?

@Snowden

If you're writing about the CIA/@Wikileaks story, here's the big deal: first public evidence USG secretly paying to keep US software unsafe.

What I think is funny, is that if Trump was in bed with the Russians, one would think Russian banks wouldn't be used. Even I know to use banks in the caymans or Switzerland.
You know, not leave a paper trail.

Who wants to now revisit the story behind the Sony hack, North Korea and "The Interview"?

I'll wait for the proof but he could have. Now his claims are just unsubstantiated like the claims of possible ties to Russia.

I 100% believe the IC knows more than Trump. You would be stupid to believe otherwise unless he is getting his treasonous information for an outside source. Hell he may be in cahoots with wikileaks.

Even you would have to admit that after today, Trump is ahead going into the credibility clubhouse over the mainstream news and CIA.
