Gotcha. If you were at UT I would give you advice on what professors and classes to take. I graduated last May so thought I would have been of some help. Good luck in your studies at UK. Any particular area of philosophy you are interested in? Favorite/least favorite philosophers?

Too fact dependent for me to give you an answer. Sometimes it means everything. Sometimes nothing. Sometimes even bringing it up backfires and makes you look bad, as though you are distracting the jury from what matters.

Handle with kid gloves.

I have recently gotten into the late 1800's- early 1900 german philosophers. Husserl, Heidegger and such with the phenomenological movement. Cannot say I really "get it" yet but I like what I know can get so far haha.

yes I carry a loaded concealed 40 cal everywhere I go and have a carry permit.

yes I get home about midnight each night as I actually work my ass off and when most people have finished their 9-5 40 hour week I still have 30 hours left. so I'm always out late.

yes sometimes i go for walks late at night when i cant sleep and if its cold I wear a TN hoodie.

no i do not call 911 as i am not a big fan of police and think most (OE excluded) are not adequately trained to handle real situations. we do have onsight security though and i have called them once due to some white kids who climbed the fence to meet their gf when the dad was away.

black people are not always up to no good anymore than whites or hispanics. i've personally met more crappy white people than black people.

i personally would never track anyone down as its not my job. i would have also never gotten out of my car because its not my job. zimmerman went overboard but he wasnt racist...it appears. this has more to do with a guy looking for power than anything else.

I'm good with the Ralph Lauren. Check. Chevy Tahoe is not expensive and I am not white. And there is that little issue of the 40. Yeah, I'm all set. OE, if you live anywhere near him, I am all set on that too.

A person walking around the streets with a glock 40 is 'slighty concerning', I'd say. It tends to heighten their bravado, so to speak. Maybe not in his case (or yours) but generally speaking. My son is out running laps in the neighborhood as we speak. Hope the vigilantes are taking a break!!

depends on the year of the suburban and the rims.

denali would be much safer

not cadillac though.

and ralph lauren is very acceptable.

i'll let you through the gate...hitting 9 now.
