Who else but GS to hint at the notion that this kid deserved what he got?

Was Trayvon Martin a Drug Dealer?

The tattoos indicate gang affiliation.

Evidently this kid was a bit of a loose cannon since the family waited three days to file a missing report on him and then claim his body at the morgue as the police found no identification on him other than the package of skittles.

To clear up one urban legend that is going around that Zimmerman wasn't arrested.

Zimmerman called out for help to a chicken sh!t neighbor who didn't aid him but retreated into his patio and called 9-11.

When the police arrived Martin was dead and the police officer cuffed and disarmed Zimmerman and placed him in the back of a squad car and paramediics administered first aid for a broken nose, facial lacerations and bleeding from the back of the head and took him to the station for questioning.

They interviewed two witnesses who corroberated Zimmerman's story.

The first officer on the scene observed Zimmerman's injuries and that the back of his sweatshirt was wet (from dew on the grass) and grass stained.

Nearly all of this was reported in multiple media sources within twenty four hours.

Now, months later we have a new media account.

You still haven't answered my question gs, is the past, tattoos, stupid decisions in school, tweet names, tweets, etc. an excuse for Zimmerman to follow this 17 year old with skittles in his hands and end up shooting him in the chest?

If you had a son who may have go involved in the wrong crowd, and started making poor choices, does that give someone the right to put a bullet in his chest?

The media doesn't wanna show his thug side.. they only show pictures of him when he was like 13 and clean cut.

I don't agree with much being said here on either side, but the media started it, and from what I have seen it's even in the arrest report that Zimmerman is white. The media whores, all of them took that and went with it. Sensationalism attempted, failed. Sharpton, Jackson, and etc made the story worse and only hurt the kid imo.

Living in Orlando, you can only imagine was a cluster this has all become.

The Sanford police is the bigger issue here, not the "white Hispanic" wannabe Paul Blart mall cop. This is SPD's second public episode featuring a complete mishandling of a violent altercation.

A Sanford deputy's son was caught on video attacking a homeless man from behind. This kid sucker punched the homeless guy, then walked off and punched another guy minding his own business. Police made no arrests at the time, and the issue didn't come to light until the video made its way to the local news station.

The deputy's son was ultimately arrested and given probation and anger management counseling.

All the race baiting is ridiculous. The election of President Obama has rendered many black leaders like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton useless. This is their opportunity to be relevant again.

It is sickening, but it is reality unfortunately. Race naturally comes into play. There has to be more to the story than we are hearing. I do think it is unfortunate that the mary jane was brought up. Sheds no light whatsoever on the type of person he was.

The other side of the story has the 250-lb Zimmerman being attacked and overpowered by a 150-lb Martin, who followed Zimmerman back to his SUV after Zimmerman complied with the 911 dispatcher's order not to pursue Martin.

If true, I understand why Zimmerman carried a gun...he's the biggest 250-lb pussy on the planet.

he was 5'9" 250lb. Not exactly the picture of health and anyone that gets blindsided can go down

carrying a gun doesn't make you weak. Of course all these snap judgements about Zimmerman are no different than the ones about TM

Carrying a gun doesn't make you weak.

Getting beat down by someone who weighs 100-lbs less than you, while carrying a gun, makes you weak.
