Wisconsin RB denied admission, lists Vols

Crazy. In 1 day we go from having forum-wide concerns about RB recruiting to this guy putting us in serious contention. Might solve not only recruiting concerns for the '16 class, but depth concerns for Team 119. Wow.

Gun to my head? I wouldnt take a yes or no stance on an 18 year old kid if you held a spork to my head.

Im saying Matthews and Dickerson. Gun to my head I think Price is headed to Michigan. But if we get him on campus then who knows.

Come on RPP, you've done it before. Make a gut call on this young man.

Great vision, no tip toeing, kid is full stride going through the lines. Butch just may be on to something here.

Barely touched in those highlights.

I noticed that also. The highlights are very misleading because he is a pure speed back all his plays are made on stirght line peed for the most part.

1. He runs high and is really stiff. He has a nice jump cut but everytime i see him juke i think a kneee is gonna blow.

2. 90% of those plays he had a huge hole and was plain faster than everyone on the feild.

3. His balance was kinda iffy he seemed many times on cuts and jukes about ot fall down.

4. Minimal contact

All in all i'd take him in a heartbeat as a 3rd down high upside guy. But he ain't gonna be a starter in the SEC, but would provide good depth.

And you garnered all that from a highlight film? Very impressive. Dude is like 5'9 on his best day and he runs high? Whatever.

This kid is the back that the shoulve played between Kamara and Paulk. He's the shifty back/slot that would be perfect to replace Bruce. Derrell Scott, but better IMO. Reminds me of Kamara's tape the most but strong element of Paulk

You are ridiculous. . . call up Butch and get on payroll as a scout since you obviously know more than half of the SEC coaches that offered him.

He didn't need to drop his pads bc he could just run by everyone.

No no no, you should always run like you are hitting the gap expecting a mlb to meet you head on, even when there is no one within 10 yards

Im drunk, no read. What are we looking like?

I would imagine like this...

I'd like to have him, but most likely scenario is hurd/kamara/dobbs get the vast majority of the carries in 2015 & 2016

So this is a down the road or protection if there is an injury type of thing

Rewatch the film. .the few times he's about to make contact, he lowers the shoulder and covers up ball. This kid is clearly way better than the opposition...can't blame him for utilizing talent over technique. His vision and athleticism are unreal. .I have no idea what Joe-Bob the scout was talking about, dude had some incredible jukes and his knees did not look iffy at all.

Runs high? How? This kid might be 5'9. It'll be ok.
