Wish Haslam would sell Browns and buy some Vols

C'mon now, let's be honest and not exaggerate. It's not like the Browns were a functioning franchise before Haslam. He certainly hasn't improved them but there wasn't much there to destroy before his arrival.

Well true but Haslan also had a huge hand the the previous UT football hires Which brought the program to the brink.

It ends at Mayfield so that hasn't been updated for a few seasons.

Out of curiosity I checked and there should be another 11 names after Mayfield.
thanks for doing the homework! .... Dobbs should be on there twice btw. I always liked the browns, we moved to Cleveland in 1965 (I was 5 or 6) and I could never figure out where the stadium was.... then I learned Ohio and Tennessee are different states (there was no kindergarten in Parksville... just copperheads and woods). Take that message board geniuses!

I do love that the clown who posted this thread is getting roasted across the internet. Stupid people deserve repercussions.

With all the money he’d make selling the Browns, he could then be our big Sugar Daddy (kind of like Knight is at Oregon).
We could call him our pseudo General Manager and he’d love to take the credit of “leading” the Vols to having an elite roster capable of winning national titles.
College football is now all about having the deepest pockets to buy the best roster. We need someone who is capable and willing to do that. Not sure I know of anyone else other than Haslam that fits that description.
Not only NO, but hell NO. Need to keep him as far away as absolutely possible

The thread makes 0 sense but I don't like, necessarily, mocking people for it. Even if you want the Haslams more involved, it is actually better that they keep the Browns. Heck, they got a future NFL program to sell to recruits. (Basically come to Tennessee, and if you are good enough, we could find a draft spot for you).
