For whatever it’s worth, I’m thinking a “prime-time/prestige” bowl (Sugar/Orange) may limit those who may decide risk to draft status/ability to shine at combine decide to opt out. What’s a bit more interesting to me is whether those invited to senior bowl would opt out of team bowl game.
