This! All day every day. It’s not about semantics. It’s about power, manipulation, and control. It’s only gonna get worse when people see this as “harmless”.

Actually, the „looney right“ pretty much wants to be left the heck alone. Quit telling us what to eat, what to drive, what pronouns to use, what shots to take, what to wear on our faces, what kind of stove to have in our kitchen, what kind of light bulbs to buy, what we can’t say on Twitter and Facebook, how much trans fat to put in our food, how much water our toilets can use, that we have to let teachers tell our preteen kids about sexual details, what weddings we have to bake cakes for, when to change our clocks twice a year, who we are allowed to vote for (trying to kick Republicans off of ballots), etc etc.
Quit trying to use the power of Government to micromanage every aspect of our lives 😡.
Article One of the Constitution lists explicitly what Congress IS allowed to do. It it ain’t in that list of enumerated powers, get your dang nose out of it!!!!

There is nothing remotely "harmless" about barreling towards Newspeak. Making words politically actionable is one of the more dangerous things happening in this country. There are definitely some on the "Left" that push back pretty hard on some this, Mahr for example. However you specifically cite the "loony left" so no...you don't get to play the harmless comparison. (and we're not even talking about riots and things like CHAZ)

The harmless looney left. What a joke. We are seeing the fruit bared from having them control the public education system for decades. Kids that don’t know how they “identify”. 20 year olds that don’t want to work but do want their stuff. Same kids being tens of thousands in debt for meaningless degrees. The culture of victimhood. On and on.
