World Series: Texas Rangers vs. St. Louis Cardinals

I love how carpenter gets a foot off the plate called for a strike and this fat ass is not even calling actual strikes for Texas.

Could have been a strike.

Could have. Catcher doesn't move his glove and the ump blew it. Blew it on the second pitch too. Has jobbed TX all night, while carpenter has been getting serious love.

Should have been IMO. And after Yadi's bat flip I'm surprised the ump didn't call it. I'll definitely take it, though.

I thought it was the same location that had just been called a strike, only lower.

It was definitely a strike. Umpiring has been atrocious for the past few years though, so im not surprised

As a Cardinal hater, it has been frustrating to watch.

Maybe it's just me but I feel like Wash has not managed these NL-Rule games very well. But then again i'm not the biggest Wash or David Murphy fan.

He is giving carpenter the corners and hosing Texas. Shame. That inning just changed the game on that walk to Molina.

Baseball is hard to watch cuz stuff like this. Literally changed the game.

Someone please tell me they saw that. I actually think Feldman's pitch was more over the plate than that, but Carp got the call.

The difference in the pitches being discussed on the corner that tx was throwing a tailing fastball starting out and trying to tail back in over the corner. Carpenter is not throwing the same pitch. I guess its a slider. Ump sitting on catchers left shoulder will see the slider as a strike outside easier than an out to in ball.
