That's because it was just July. Even if someone backs into being right doesn't mean they are any less of an idiot by make broad declarations before something actually occurs. I guess you thought you were going to score when you got a girl's phone number too didn't you?

No matter what happens the rest of the way this is the worst class since 2008 in which we finished 35th. We finished 21st in 2013 as well. Those two are two of the worst in the past 9 years.

I think we still end up floating somewhere between top 15-20 before it's said & over for 2017 with unless CBJ can pull off a couple of shockers on NSD.

5-7 and 7-6 cut into that average but that 7-6 included the BOWL WIN...as did the two subsequent 9-4 seasons, Don Antonio Luga (Family Affair's beloved John Sebastion Cabot). 9 wins...average of the last two seasons. :hmm:

Coaches, teammates, facilities, academics, academic support, campus, stadium/game day atmosphere, conference, national exposure, ability to put players in the NFL......just no room for message board fodder to sway the decision.
