Worst performance by a Tenn team ever.

We made a star of Rattler last year and now Schrader.
Also Kentucky and even Austin Peay QB's - we won those games somehow but Banks D still made their QB's stars. Banks is trash - we will not have a truly great season as long as he is calling defense. He may be a great recruiter but gets outcoached most of the time in big games.

Can't make changes at the half to stop #7 . flagged for mistakes that are taught in pee wee league. Throw in Banks with Martinez. Unemployment line. Mizz has held the whole game. Not a flag. Bring on Basketball I've seen enough.
Worse than Ga State in 2019?
Worse than Wyoming in 2008?
Worse than Ole Miss 1969?
Go easy on the hyperbole

Coach cannot coach his team for road games. Minus Kentucky and Vanderbilt we look like sh!t every time we play on the road in the SEC. I said it after week 6 that this was one of at least 3 games UT would lose in the 2nd half of the season. The only reason I predicted it was this was a road game. I knew this would happen.
The Ky win is an outlier bc Stoops tries to loose vs UT more than anyone else

True. But it's hard to get into offensive flow when your offense touches the ball once in the first quarter. That set the tone for the rest of the game where we could not get off the field on defense the whole day - Banks either did not try or did not know how to make any adjustments to prevent 2 players beat our entire defense. Offense had to play from behind most of the game and this offense definitely is not built to do that (we saw the same thing against Florida this year).

What are you talking about?

Disappointing we can’t stop a D2 running back that doesn’t take breathers.
He isn't a D2 running back, Chief. He gashed us today bigly. Missouri is not to far down the list of teams I cant stand, but they whupped our asses today.

And how on God's green earth do you pin them on their own 1 foot line TWICE and give up 20 yard gains?

Was this a trap game for us?

I lived through Derek Dooley and Jeremy Pruitt and Butch Jones. Survived the Dust Bowls and The Great Depression. Saw the Rise of the Kardashians and Tik Tok. Observed Nick Sabans two toned hair not change in a quarter of a century.

Watched Alabama take over Neyland in 2008 during Fulmers last year in person.

Tonight sucked no doubt and gives pause for moving forward but I think Heupel has enough competitive juice to look at things in the off season and hope for brighter days.

In spite of your points being largely true... that was by no stretch the worst UT game ever.

Ever? I’ve got a 2012 team getting humiliated by Vanderbilt with a few things to say.

BYU is up there.
Honestly, didn’t hurt me as much as 2001 sec title vs LSU or even the 2011 UK loss. They hit us each differently. None of those Pruitt losses really hurt me much. 2009 Bama way worse too. 90-93 Bama games, 2000 Florida. These other games don’t come close

No holding calls has to get frustrating. I mean...did they end up with any? Yet early the game we got a drive ender.
