Livin' up to that username. I can't make it any simpler for you than I did earlier. Lack of comprehension precludes us from engaging intelligently on the topic. Best of luck to you with yo' hoes. (Is it "ho's?")

Again, glad you enjoyed it. That simple enough for you?

Maybe Hamilton should've made Chaney HC when Kiffin left. Would have been cheaper and could've made a change in a couple of years if didn't work. Surely Chaney would've done better than Dooley.

Reality continuing to sink in about Dools and Chaney?

Play calling can be adjusted by a head coach's game plan and instructions. When Chaney fell short he lacked a real head coach that understood the game to make corrections or override the call. As far as being an OC in all other aspects, Chaney is top tier. The players showed you that yesterday if you missed it previously.

The difference in being bowl bound and not is on Hart/Cheek/big boosters. The die was cast well before USCe. No excuse for not canning Dools after the USCe loss. There would have been 2 or 3 more wins because the negativity and incompetence surrounding Dools would have been gone. Players want to have fun. Imagine that - it's a game. Not an exercise of the German army.
I agree with ya thats why kiffy didn't let him call the whole game and dools didn't really have the experience

For Jim Chaney to have the positive attitude about Knoxville and the Vols after all he has been through says a lot about his character. I wish him the best wherever he ends up.

Ditto that. Chaney seems to be a "glass if half full" kinda guy. He would make lemonade out of lemons. I ripped him for some play calling but can't complain about most games this year on the offensive side of the ball. I do hope he is able to stay with the new coaching staff. Great guy.

Just got around to looking at some of the Chainey love fest. It's OK by me. So if we are unable to get a big fish especially in time to save recruiting lets save the money retain Chainey for one more year, find and pay a great defensive coach and see what happens.

Anti-Dooley from Day 1, but pro-Chaney from his first day at UT with CLK.

He's done a fine job with the offense at UT. I'm glad he stayed after Kiffin left. He's the most stability we have had at UT since Fulmer was fired. And, he's earned my respect.

Totally the new HC's call, but it's fine with me if he stays.
