I personally could not care less how effectively someone communicates or how much education they have. I do care when someone goes out of their way to constantly start threads that express 'opinions' which are universally negative and offer nothing constructive in return. When said individual also offers the opinion that a college education isn't worth anything, and does so in such a poor way as to leave little doubt about where he or she fits in the educational spectrum, I'm inclined to offer a bit of mockery, not of the person, but of the irony. This is, after all, about a college football team...right?
Everyone here is entitled to their opinion and everyone here enjoys the Constitutional right to share it. However, if you are truly a fan of our beloved Vols, a wise and prudent individual would choose to temper his or her opinion, and focus on stating such in a manner that is constructive. Given the role that attitude plays in performance, it is time that we as a community start policing ourselves, and insisting that we elevate the level of discourse. Should folks choose not to do so, I will use my genius, my engineering degree, and my 25 years of industry experience to mock you in four dimensions beyond the visible three. Think Sheldon Cooper as an annoyed Vol fan...
P.S. That last part was a joke...although we really do need to clean it up around here. It's the right thing to do, First Amendment rights notwithstanding.
I hope that you did the "there" thing intentionally, or KB and the Nazi Spelling Vols will reprimand you. I will extend the benefit of the doubt since you were quoting someone.I disagree here. I don't want to have a discussion with someone who doesn't have a 5th grade command of our language.
"UT sucks, and there football team is terrible"
Yes, I am going to tell them that is a 5th grade error.
That's fine. I'm just blowing smoke. I'm bored. It's the off season.I personally could not care less how effectively someone communicates or how much education they have. ummm... Sorry but dooley was terrible...lol
education beyond highschool is not worth what you pay. your paying for connections when you go to college. most of the professors are losers and don't teach they think powerpoint is teaching you the material.
no problem with the team just some of the coaching hires.
