He tweeted "End of my career and all I got was an ok thanks bye" (he deleted the tweet right after sending it) so I'd say he's pretty much gone.
Technically true, but any sort of contact would be a violation.
But fwiw I've NEVER heard of a silent SIGNEE, for these very reasons. Most are thinking of silent verbals.
Not true. If the kid signs a financial aid offer or agreement, they count as a signee just like an LOI. They might be applying at or sending their FAFSA to each school though. Also, I think a lot of these kids who are reported to have "signed" are actually only signing the financial aid papers, in other words, the scholarship papers. Not the Letter of Intent. Kids can sign financial papers to like 20 schools but only the LOI matters. It's that signature that ends the process.

You talking about Richmond? From what I've heard, Pruitt isn't one to beg. If he wasn't serious, he shouldn't have put himself out there. I would love to keep him.He tweeted "End of my career and all I got was an ok thanks bye" (he deleted the tweet right after sending it) so I'd say he's pretty much gone.
With the way DW has handled his recruitment so far it wouldn't surprise me if he cancels the WV visit also. Maybe it's just wishful thinking
