We'll see how everything shakes out. But the recent former TAMU coach accusation is just weird. They were talking about this on the radio a bit ago. The local FM sports talk station (which is guilty of crazy Ducks homerism almost across the board), all the hosts but one are basically at the point of saying that Lyles is a scumbag, Oregon screwed up by associating themselves with this guy and may get busted for it. Of course all the Duck honks are chiming in all incensed that Kelly or anybody in the program would even think of bending the rules to grab recruits from Texas. Or if they do admit there's a small chance Oregon might be in hot water, they immediately jump to the "Everyone else is doing it, people just hate on us because we're the Ducks and we're the best." defense.
 that sign is hilariousMorans.

Oregon's $25,000*payment to Will Lyles, recruiting service*in question - NCAA Football - SI.com
Lyles did not return calls from SI.com. His Web site features a "JUCO price list" that offers videos for a particular state for $3,000. A multi-state region costs $5,000. A "trifecta package" that includes any three states costs $8,000, while a "national package" costs $15,000. No single service is priced at $25,000.
