Yahoo Sports lowers the boom on Miami

UF's current wide receivers coach/recruiting coordinator is implicated in this, as well as a guy that ended up at UGA.

I would not be surprised if this spreads like wildfire.

That is one of the most incredible stories I've read (The Baylor one), and as dark as it is and as sad as it is to see that happen on ANY level of sports... I want to see a 30 for 30 made for it.

2 active Florida players also. Dubose and Patchen. Also O. Charles from Georgia.

I feel like I did after I watched the 30 for 30 on SMU after I read that. HOLY CRAP.

Baylor was worse because it was a murder so it takes the number one spot imo. This is not far behind SMU though.

The SMU violations were far worse. SMU was already on probation when they got busted paying players. And it wasn't just the coaching staff and AD involved in paying players. Members of SMU board including the chairman of the university were directly involved in the decision to continue payments to players after getting placed on probation.

God, what must have done to get brown? I hope the ncaa just leaves us alone =(

Really, what was done to get him to choose us over all of that?!!! Well, at least you gotta take some enjoyment knowing that Kiffin has to be crapping bricks after reading this

Crazy how many program are getting in trouble, wonder where it will end

I kinda do and still think BB just wants to play football. He was surrounded by some bad people

At some point you have to acquire a backbone and get the hell out of it, though. I felt bad for all the hate he got for leaving, because I felt his dad was forcing it. I felt bad for the hate he got while playing, because he was hurt.

But now? That garbage was going on with his brother and he went right in with it, as well. No more sympathy.

In another unrelated note, Devin Hester's profile is absolutely classic.

over all of what? He got a free meal and a hotel stay. Not exactly Cam type money

I dunno PJ...do you feel bad for Cam Newton? I realize it may be on a smaller scale, but it's the same. "Bad people" meaning one's own family and all.

I still don't believe Cam was innocent. Maybe BB wasn't either but he only got a meal and hotel room. And even if Miami offered him more he turned it down. I also don't believe Kiffin matched it or else Cam would have come to UT too

Have you seen the details and paper trail on the player allegations??? This is incredible

The truth is I don't want to know what Kiffin and crew did. As for Bryce, I don't wish him any ill will, I just no longer care to watch him play. I always thought his exit from Knoxville and his relationship with Dooley was weird, but as I said, I'm better off not knowing, ya know?
