If someone wanted CJG fired, then they need to have their head checked... The guy is a VFL for one, outstanding RB coach for two, and he can't recruit? That has never been a problem for him either.. He now has 5 committs (supposedly) and 3/5 are 4*s. He's also in the running for two other players and one of those being a 4* as well. Not to mention he, solely, had us in the thick of things with Green a 5*. If it wasn't for him we wouldn't have made it in his Top Two. CJG is the man, plain and simple...

Let me tell you something. If jay graham so much as farts in the neighboring county of a recruit, it will be the lead story on sportscenter

i dont think anyone wanted him fired, his coaching ability alone/VFL status is more than enough to be here, on top of recruiting

I don't think anyone wanted Jay Graham fired . All at most, anyone wanted was for him to secure a good running back ........big difference

He's getting handed 2 solid QBs. 1 he coveted. A team full of upperclassman including an OL that is full potential Nflers. The NCAA isn't on campus. The state of the art workout facility is built, done, and still has the "new car smell". CBJ doesn't have to show players the blue prints or simulation video. Doesnt have an AD that is on his last breath. I can go on and on. And u have the nerve to say that CBJ can be given some slack with 2 months with no major fires to put out??? U crack me up. :crazy:

Y'all liked to throw around how Dooley made millions to get the job done and yet he was being pd in the lowest group in the sec. CBJ is truly getting pd to not earn him much rope. Like I said in my post I don't how he'll turn out but he's not getting much slack from me. This is what you and many others wanted so dont give this BS.

like I said before, i like jg. One of my favorites. But if we do not sign one rb with the little available SEC talent at rb on the current roster, it's not good in any form or fashion and there is really no excuse.

I dogged Dooley many times for many mistakes. You are just too full of bs to be able to keep things straight.

Never once did I ever state that Dooley was the man to take us to where we need to be. Not once. Him being coach last year was inevitable. You handle it one way. I handled it another.
And that the last time I will tell you as well.

Nice try. We all wanted Doofus and every UT coach to succeed. But the difference is anytime myself or anyone else legitimately criticized Dooley, you, Orangeblazer, Oldfartvol etc bashed the hell out of us. And now you say Jones and crew have no excuse if they don't get a top back? After your hero made a mockery of our program and all the excuses you and your ilk made for Dooley, if you had any honor you'd be ashamed to have made that statement.

U still have not said anything that counters my pts. Two months handed what Dooley left CBJ vs 2 weeks of what Kiffin handed Dooley. Which would you take if you were a new coach??? I'm certain if a poll were put up majority of people would take CBJs situation over Dooley's any day.

met Jay a couple of weeks ago in nashville at some coaches association meeting. he was classy and really nice. my son hot his picture with him. I'm so proud that he's back.

But the difference is I wasn't expecting your Hero Doofus to turn it around in 2 weeks or 2 months. Also if you really want to compare just look at the commit list Doofus was handed vs the utter disgrace Jones walked into with Doofus recruits.
