Every established coach/program has that to recruit against. Recruiting against facilities in the SEC is a non-issue. All schools have good facilities. Saban could recruit immediate playing time his first couple of years at Alabama AND LSU. Auburn had that to sell in the Chizik era. Florida has had that the past couple of years. I could go on.

Just because Tennessee is the next up in the rebuilding phase to offer immediate playing time does not mean others need to change. Every year several teams/coaches have that offer.

Change your glasses and wait until something actually does change before you make change up.
