ill say it again, these two individuals will be special whoever gets em.

they can play. are leaders.

beat of luck to these kids. hope their vols, but , admit have a gut feeling they end up dogs or tigers.

Wes Rucker, on 1045 the Zone in Nashville today, said that unless Butch goes and highly offends their mothers or something crazy like that, that Bates AND the Berry Twins are Vols.

I know we mostly suspect this already, but I like to hear from good sources like Rucker.

I would love to see The Berry's go on an commit makes me nervous they are so quite. If they do commit soon it will help the Vols with some leans our way. JMO

Let me preface this by saying I hope they both become Vols. But to be honest I wouldn't lose much sleep over them going elsewhere. We are in on so many other quality prospects that it won't hurt our class one bit. I would hate to see them in anything but a UT jersey though

Been wondering about that. It seems like every time somebody tries to fill in the guys we are taking in this class they end up at 31 names and if they hold to 29 the next post is somebody adding more names.

Recruiting is pretty fluid so probably 1/3 of the guys on those lists don't end up at UT, but I would be interested to see where the coaches rank the Berrys relative to the others at their positions especially since LB And DB/WR could fill suddenly if guys like Bates, Mouhon, Gaulden, and Truitt could possibly pull the trigger at any time.

I tend to agree with this but you will get hammered for that opinion on here.

What would be your opinion if their recruiting picks up? They have legit offers already, all while doing few camps.

Evan is a 4* and hasn't done many camps, he is an elite athlete and not sure why anyone wouldn't want him.

Elliot is a great athlete too and seems to be I'm the tweener area, that's his only knock.

Both are legit high D1 players. Too many want to compare them to Eric which is not really fair. Eric was a top 5 prospect and one of the greatest to suit up here, most everyone is not an Eric Berry.

I don't think too many are comparing them to Eric, I think they just fly under the radar because of how quiet they are in their recruiting.

It's just realism that their positions are quickly filling and with some players who are arguably as good as and in some cases better prospects.
