I also think Cardwell may be the better fit for our team. If we have James, Springer, Johnson, Walker, Plavsic, VB, JJ, Pember, and ORN, I don't think there is going to be much of a need for another guy that is looking for a lot of touches. However, since James, Springer, and Walker are good passers they could use someone that can finish well at the rim. Further, our roster currently doesn't have a rim protector. Cardwell's strengths are blocking shots, being active defensively, and bringing relentless energy. As others have said Hall is a versatile forward that can stretch out to the 3 point line. We currently have Kent, Pember, and Plasvic that are versatile and can stretch the floor. In looking at our roster we have a lot of guys who can play the four(Pons, Walker, ORN, Pember,Kent, Fulk); however, we do not have many centers (Plavsic, Kent, Fulk). Cardwell is a true C, while PJ is a forward that can play center in spots. While Hall is higher ranked, it does seem like Cardwell would provide something we currently do not have and be the better fit.

I'm not in the loop with individual reporters' credibility, but the few things I've seen him report on made him look like a clown. I think someone mentioned he has ADHD or something like that, which would make sense, but I have no idea if it's true.

I believe he has some heart related health issues and that he almost died because of it a couple years ago. I've been following Rucker on Twitter for a long time and to me he isn't someone that just throws bs out there.

Rucker did? Really? I know Hubbs had a stroke. Weird that two Knoxville media members would have suffered that same terrible incident, but both at relatively young ages.

Yep I'm pretty sure it's really hindered his ability to walk unfortunately
