Volquest quiet on the situatiion at the moment? They were the ones that initially said it would likely be a Tuesday or Wednesday announcement if I remember correctly.

It also made me a little uneasy as well. I still think we land him, but nothing is ever a guarantee until an official announcement comes. He seemed to gush a bit about Michigan and Howard's staff. Hopefully he's just purposefully trying to be guarded so that when he announces Tennessee it seems like a bigger surprise for those not in the know.

As of last night, VQ said it was a matter of when the announcement could be televised on a national outlet. Tennessee still in great shape.

I feel like if there was an impending announcement on national television or through a national media outlet we'd know in advance and not just by a few hours. I'm less inclined to believe that it's still on for today. It's probably been pushed back. I could be wrong, but if the purpose of withholding an announcement is to hype it up and put it on national television, you'd need more then a few hours to do so.

I don't know if I am more anxious waiting on the Springer news or the Plavsic waiver news... probably the waiver since it will affect so much this year
