They’ve said each week he’s a top target...I don’t think it’s UNC/GT/LSU, Auburn missed on Davidson so not sure I think it’s them either, but could be. My gut says UT/UGA, obviously UGA had some momentum but then talk was Tennessee was still in there.

As far as I can tell and as far as I have heard, Tennessee has made some positive progress with
Jabari Smith. There was a stretch about a month ago when the word was circulating that the top five forward was leaning hard toward Georgia. Make no mistake, the Bulldogs are in there deep, but I don’t think it is a done deal. In addition to the Vols making things interesting, Auburn and LSU are still right there as well.

Thanks. Will be interesting if this announcement prompts any comments from VQ to give us a hint. I feel okay about where we stand. I still wouldn’t understand it if he chose UGA. Just seems like an all around terrible choice for him, but hey only he knows what he wants so I guess I shouldn’t be quick to judge.

Here’s hoping we go into the UGA game this Saturday with one W already in our pocket.

Georgia basketball sucks.

Barnes track record of developing players should be a great selling point.

He's visited Georgia, multiple times, might not be an official visit, but he has still been there. With that being said, if he wants a chance at a SEC and/or a National Championship and I think he does, he chooses the Vols

Just don’t understand why he would pick UGA with no talent around him . Auburn won’t be better than us next year either.

Not sure how to feel about this one. Nervousness levels will be at all time highs this week between this and the game Saturday.

And they weren't even going to make the NCAA Tournament with Edwards. That should be a red flag to him. Nobody wants to be a one man show on a bad team. I have to think it's between Tennnessee and Auburn. Georgia would be a terrible move for him.
