So, Trump doesn't get credit for anything positive that comes out of his administration because he's controlled by some sort of cabal of unelected Republican high level staffers. This guy just can't catch any breaks.

If this is a straight forward as it appears, I'm glad our democracy is strong enough to withstand a poor choice for president and that he doesn't need to be removed which would go against the will of the people (in the election).

Enter President Mike Pence. Who you want only slightly less than Trump. And if I were him, I'd nominate someone like Michelle Bachman or Sarah Palin as my Veep.
