Yeah, I've read several articles on today's hearing. None of them say the judge said no ruling today, "ruling in short order." Seems to me that could be any time. The judge was quoted as saying "I would have ruled today, but some bozo put a flag out, and I'm feeling petty."

**edit** be mindful, he, the judge had 4 hours blocked off, it lasted 90 minutes.
Nah the flag says “We’re here. You still here??”I think that's pretty much just the right touch.
A crowd might have been interpreted as a potential threat or warning. A huge banner without any gathering, though, that's just saying, "yes, we care, and we're paying attention, even while we give you your space."
Perfect.
Go Vols!
ANY judge who would let outside "noise" affect his sacred duty to judge with fairness and blindness...is NOT a judge at all. Are they human? Clearly. But one MUST, even as painful as it may be, put aside such "trivial trivialities" (for my Barney friends) as a sign, flag, or even a crowd of protestors aside and make a fair ruling. Not just my opinion....It's the American Judicial System!I don’t disagree with anything you’ve said but I would say the judge probably doesn’t give a damn or get influenced one way or the other by that flag. I’m sure he’s seen way crazier in his time. Jmho though.
