Yeah, I've read several articles on today's hearing. None of them say the judge said no ruling today, "ruling in short order." Seems to me that could be any time.

**edit** be mindful, he, the judge had 4 hours blocked off, it lasted 90 minutes.

Really think it’s going to be tough here for the ncaa. Stopping or impending a kid with a limited time window from finding out and capturing their market value is a clear violation of the Supreme Court ruling. I don’t think the NCAA was able to answer some important issues today.

Yes, but the other 2.5 hrs are for the lobbyists and money men to meet with him in his chambers.......hopefully our season ticket donations are about to finally come in handy.

ANY judge who would let outside "noise" affect his sacred duty to judge with fairness and blindness...is NOT a judge at all. Are they human? Clearly. But one MUST, even as painful as it may be, put aside such "trivial trivialities" (for my Barney friends) as a sign, flag, or even a crowd of protestors aside and make a fair ruling. Not just my opinion....It's the American Judicial System!
