Why in the **** would I want to go to Canada or Mexico?

Cancun? Cozumel? Cabo!!!

I'm going on a couples trip in December to Cabo. We are staying in a ridiculous mansion with several couples and have a fulltime chef. Sounds really fancy but it will cost me just a little more than a family game weekend with tickets, food and hotel or a cabin.

Fly on points earned by using a credit card for everything, but you have to pay it off each month to make it work.

This is the place. And I repeat, it costs me almost as much to take my family to a football game for 2 nights as it does for my wife and I to go stay here for 4 nights.
I can't wait.

You don't remember the story about T. Gibson getting a ride to Knoxville from south Florida? Most of these kids don't come from money.

My family didn't have money problems, and even I didn't fly until I was 20. It's not that crazy of a thing for Butch to say.

How bout this example - Downs not being listed in 2 deep, but he is second TE to come into game against Ark St. and he played more snaps than those listed in the depth chart, other than Wolfe. He's a senior, but his role is being downplayed. Elder said this week that the position is being played by committee with players taking equal numbers of snaps. So, why leave the senior off the depth chart? Because you want to play up the youth of the team. Just know I'm being played and would like to read some other story line besides the youth of the team.

We're 2-0 with 2 top 10 recruiting classes in a row, and another on the way. Yet you find an issue with the 2 deep and coach talk to have something to piss and moan about. You're either a troll, or EXTREMELY fun to watch a game with.

Now there is a man who knows his football as well as other things!

Now I understand, you know absolutely nothing about football! Let me educate you a little bit. A "depth chart" does not require a coaching staff to play players in any certain order. In fact, players in a depth chart at one position sometimes play in other positions.
:loco:

I thought the 2nd and 3rd guys listed on the depth chart should play more than the guy not listed at all. My bad. Guess I know nothing about football.

Wow! You got my point and admit your lack of knowledge with regards to football! I'm impressed!

I envy anybody that has never flown. There is nothing enjoyable about flying.

Really Pepe? I may not fly as much as you but I absolutely love flying. I hop on a plane as much as possible for work which averages out to roughly once a month. Summer of 2013 I was on a plane like 4 weeks out of a 5 week stretch.

So no desire to see places you can't get to by car? I can't imagine not flying, it's so stress free.

I'd like to go to Venice. Other than that which I'd have to fly, we love driving. Gives us that national lampoon experience!

You definitely fly much more than I ever have. I don't mind the actual flight but I hate going through security, airports in general, and waiting to get off the plane while everybody takes their sweet time getting their bags out of the overhead.

Sounds eerily like a Vince Vaughn movie.

CBJ said in press conference this week that a third of the travel team has never flown on a plane before. I can't believe that. How did they travel for their official visits? CBJ says he doesn't want the youth of the team to be an excuse, but he keeps talking about it, and exaggerating it. The number of freshmen in the 2 deep is exaggerated. It's all a clever ploy to keep the fan base patient. I would just like to read about something else for a change.

I logged several hundred thousand miles with my company before I retired. I'm sure that some on here have done more. But, every kid playing CFB doesn't have the advantages that I did. Not sure why some find it odd that they have never flown. Flying has never been a cheap mode of transportation. A lot of these kids don't even have date money, or movie money. Hard to believe, I know.

I don't think most kids fly unless their parents take them on trips. I never did. If we went to Disney, etc, we drove. Now that in older and live 2,300 miles from TN, I fly all the time. As a matter of fact, I'm flying to Vegas in the morning.

I was simply afraid to fly for the longest time. Then, for my 22nd birthday, my father planned a trip to Hawaii for me and the rest of my family. I almost didn't go because of my fear. What a dumb decision that would've been. Definitely the most beautiful place I've ever been. You miss out on seeing a lot of beautiful places if you never fly.

You're in for a treat if you've never been before. Went with the wife for work back in February and had a blast. Check out all the private jets parked on the edge of the airport like its costco on a Saturday morning. Visit restaurante mi casa if you get the chance. Great food.
