I'm rooting for the SEC go scandal barn burners

Oregon isn't gonna know what hit them when they play AU. their playing their best game right now.

I'm hoping for NCAA ruling eliminating Auburn from contention, making it third time they finished unbeaten with no shot at the national title in the last 20 years. Then I want to see TCU win.

TCU is over rated and will get blasted by Wisconsin

I didn't say TCU was the best, I'd just rather see them win than either of the top 2 teams.

They same guys who saying that Oregon wouldn't fair well against "SEC athletes" and a "SEC defense" were awfully quiet after the Tennessee game. And especially now since Oregon put more points on them that any other SEC team did.

Tennessee doesn't have an SEC caliber defense, period.

Anyways, we didn't play Arkansas or Auburn, who would have scored plenty.

I'd rather have a month long case of explosive diarrhea than cheer for Auburn to win a championship. Go Ducks.

Vandy has an "SEC defense and athletes" too. I'm not sure what bearing that has on Auburn's defense being the best defense Oregon will face this season.

This matchup is similar to Oklahoma's supposed all world offense a couple years ago against a UF defense that faced superior competition throughout the season.

Whoever thought we had some huge advantage over them is crazy. We were a bad team going into the year and were a bad team throughout.

It would be great to get some SEC/Vol feedback on how you guys think the two teams match up.

And yes kick some tarheel butt. Ok.

I see Oregon putting up 40-ish, but Duck fans better hope Cam gets ruled ineligible before the game. He will be able to name his score and yardage total in the game.

My fault bro. You're right. He was accused of "strangulation".

Yes. I can see how you might have been confused about what really happened because of the way that it was over-blown in the media. A lot of people were and still are. No worries.

Hopefully, you have it straightened out now and will stop posting on forums that LaMichael James was "trying to kill his girlfriend."

No, he'll dive at Darron's knees about 7 seconds after he's thrown the ball. Another Fairley move is to spear a QB in the back after the WR has already caught the ball.

"Faking injuries" is not exclusive to Oregon's opponents.

It happens a lot to Oklahoma too. It happens to any team that tries to run a no-huddle exclusively. Get over it.

So, because it happens to other teams, I should be ok with cheating?

No can do. :)

the cal team took faking injuries so seriously 3 of those guys who teh oregon fans booed didn't play the next two games.

Why should the players be punished for taking orders?

Dirty program.

I really hope that he's not ruled ineligible. I want them to be at their best, win or lose.

He very well could run away with the game. I could see it going the other way too though. We'll see.

Since the illustration obviously went over your head, I'll ask you; What's the difference between running with the accusations brought up against LaMichael James, and running with the accusations against Cam Newton?

You have an issue with one, but not the other. Hypocrisy.

I don't really care about your illustration. You didn't say anything about accusations before. You wrote that LaMichael James tried to kill his girlfriend. That needed to be corrected.

To answer your question: for the brief segment in time when the information available incorrectly showed that LaMichael James strangled his girlfriend, it was ok to run with it. However, the information available does not show that any more.

Currently, it is fair game to conclude that the information available does implicate Cam Newton in some wrong-doing. Between the proven without doubt throwing a stolen lap-top out the window, reports of cheating in school and quotes of knowledge of the pay-for-play deal, it's not unreasonable to think that he is guilty.

To think that LaMichael James choked out his girlfriend, at this point in time, is simply ignorance of the facts. See the difference?
