The real issue is a QB doesn't want to sign up until they see what this offense is going to be like.

Reaves very well may be a factor, but I think Kiffin and Chaney are the ones who will be coaching the QB position.

So it looks like Kiffin holding back during the Spring Game so other schools wouldnt have anything to study this season has ended up hurting us on the recruiting trail.

LOL...it's funny how I forget they still have a year to play. Scroggins or Rettig may have some kind of injury limiting their playing ability, so I guess we never know how it will turn out.

If Retting goes to BC and Scroggins to USC all is not lost. I agree with the ones that keeps saying that are are kids who will make giant leaps this year. A diamond in the rough. There is a lot of time between now a Feburary. These kids want to see an offensive product on the field and when they see it it will change alot of kids minds and things will be ok. Be positive!

My problem really is that no other skill position players will be wanting to commit w/out knowing who our future qb is.

I personally never liked this kid. I think we just offered him because the coaches knew he was close to committing to BC. From what i understand they were split on him.

This is one of those guys - probably the top one. He's didn't have a very good season this past year and could really jump up in the rankings with a good season season + the showings at these camps.

Maybe it hurt us with other recruits like Rettig but not Scroggins. We've done everything we can to get him.

I like Grayson/Newton. Not a big fan of Mason or Munchie.

I'm not overly surprised, I neever expected Rettig to go to USC regardless of were JS ends up, we all say that JS would be dumb to go there because of the competetion well it still aplies for Rettig. BC have shown him actual love were as for us he's like the booty call, he's our #2 and everybody knows it. Since BC lost Joe Boisture Rettig has been their main guy, and he is going somewhere that treuly wants him.
