Nah, the Rivals100 is already out and Bray isn't in it. Jake Heaps moved up to the #1 Pro Style QB and Phillip Sims is #2. Those were the only 2 PS QBs listed and they were 4stars. I would expect him to be in 100-170 range overall and the 5-9 PS QB. He will be right there with Scroggins, Hinder, and Nottingham...

I'm gonna take a wild guess and say Bray will be the #8 PS QB and the #157 player overall...

I figured you would know... How often does Rivals update during the season if at all? And how many do you think will be made before NSD. Any chance he gets into the Rivals100?

1. heaps
2. simms
3. jones
4. bray/scroggins
5. scroggins/bray

I'm not sure about the in-season updates. Maybe once in mid-season. I really can't remember...

Yes, I think he has a very good chance of being in the Rivals100. My wild guess for tomorrow is on the high side. Devin Gardner jumped 108 spots in the new rankings. If you follow what Barry Every said, that would put Bray at least at #121 tomorrow. But I'm not sure if he meant all QBs or just Pro Style QBs...

Nah, one of the mods on VQ said that Jones has pretty much shut his recruitment down and isn't talking to any schools besides Penn St...

Let me preface this with.... I'm not a Myspace / Facebook / Twitter stalker.... I'm spreading word from another board.....

but apparently Tyler Bray has posted on one of those websites (within the past 12 hours or so) the following:

a) a scanned letter from Coach Orgeron

b) a picture of Peyton Manning at UT / Indianapolis

and

c) a quote saying something about his "dreams are about to come true" by visiting Knoxville.... apparently his idol is Manning.....

The only reason he was not on the radar early on is because he does not have much talent around him. He is gonna explode at UT. Will start his Freshman year after graduating early and will be there in Jan. I would be shocked if he did not. He is that good.

I don't know if you're joking, but there was a "scanned letter from Coach Orgeron" posted on VQ. It was quite hilarious...

If you look at Bray's page on Rivals, it has him now ranked as the #115 player in the nation. That pretty much a guarantee that Bray has moved into the top 5 among Pro Style QBs, maybe in the top 5 QBs overall. He has made a HUGE jump...

Yeah, that letter turned out to be :bs:

But I think parts 2 and 3 were true. More than 1 person said it, I don't know.... just rumors from my standpoint because I didn't stalk him to verify anything on his facebook or myspace. I was just passing it along.

And yes, Tyler Bray just sky rocketed on the Rivals' rankings!!! #115!!!
