Look....I don't pretend to be a football recruiting expert. I think I know some talent when I see it, but I'm much more experienced in golf recruiting. That being said....this proves that pre-sr rankings mean nothing for alot of kids. Everyone was/is bitter or upset that UT does not have a high* qb for 2010. All of a sudden...a kid that was unheard of and off the radar is now a top 150 player is interested in UT. That shows that recruiting services are not perfect. Is this kid SO much better today than he was 3 months ago????? NO....people missed the boat on him (he may be good or may not be good??? who knows) but SDSU saw something in him early enough to offer. Kudos to their staff for seeing something everyone else missed.

I hope he comes to UT and does great things and sticks it to JS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I completely agree. I wonder if other schools (especially ones out West) are going to start showing interest, and if so, whether or not he'd hear them out.

Get over Scroggins already. He got an offer from his dream school and he took it. Plus, he's always spoken highly of UT. He just wants to be at USC more, that's all.

Time out.........I am over JS and was never big on him anyway. It is the fact he strung out the process that bothers me. It would be great if Bray comes to UT...turns out to be great...and sticks it to JS and USC.

That is pretty simple. JS is/was/always will be.....overrated. Did not want him anyway...JMO...

Seems like a nice kid ...and more power to him for living his dream. That is great.:good!:

I was not on Brays bandwagon but the more I hear the more potential he has. He is already slowly climbing the charts, I believe this is Kiffins guy. We need a QB commit soon so we can begin to tell the top wideouts who will be throwing them the ball.

If Bray waits until NSD, he may be S.O.L. The coaching staff will find another quarterback if he takes that long. I'm sure they'd still take him and he may be better than the other quarterback but Bray may have some competition if he waits that long. That or he may be working with less talent than he would have had he pulled the trigger earlier. I think the staff will get him to commit in the first month of the season. If Tennessee can start out 3-1 in the first month with a close loss to Florida, I think he'll commit. For the record, I am not writing Tennessee off against Florida but the odds aren't in our favor. Doesn't take a genius to figure that out though.

I would like to think he commits during or right after the Tennessee visit but... Matt Prehm has said Bray told him he wouldn't. I guess that doesn't mean he won't change his mind. I hope he changes his mind and commits soon but I am not going to get my hopes up after hearing that.

i would take bray riley cobbs any 5 star player 2 lineman dunkley and be happy with our class i think that is reasonable

Bray had a tremendous performance over the four days at the Elite 11. He is very tall, accurate, and has above average arm strength. He was a great late addition to the camp. He may have the most upside as a future NFL quarterback than any other player at the camp.

Every time I saw him I was blown away. I couldn't believe how the kid didn't have a ton of early offers. Somebody in the Pac 10 will wish they'd gotten in on him early on.

Yes you are correct sir.. But if he commits a week after he visits do you think he will be solid or open for offers.. Because im pretty sure he will get them and if he does before he commits to us(if he does) then it may take a lil longer.?.?.?

4* 6-2 Wide Receiver. Check.
4* 6-6 Tight End. Check.

That's assuming Delvin plays tight end. Throw in Cobbs and what more could you ask for? If quarterbacks don't want to play with all that, then they should quit football and play with themselves. What up.

I just watched the entire elite 11 and I have to say that I wasn't sold on Bray, but after watching him I think he will be better than scroggins. We should all hope we get bray.
