Of course. I just hope we land Da'Rick tomorrow and can somewhat move on. Sure, it'd be nice to land Markeith, but it's not nearly as pressing if you land Rogers.

I don't know how anyone can say they would not want a receiver like Ambles here...

If he was still committed everyone here would be raving about how he was the best receiver in the country and all that yaw yaw stuff. You have a chance to get someone of his caliber you do it even with the baggage that comes with it.

Saying that I still think he signs with us tomorrow.

I'm not saying I don't want the kid. I'm just hoping we land Rogers and have less to worry about. I've never thought we'd land both guys to begin with considering the other WRs we have committed.

I'd bet that Ambles only signs here if Rogers stays at UGA.

And why would that matter? The guy doesn't fear competition and he shouldn't. Ambles is ready to go on the field right away and contribute. The guy was trying to recruit Prater (the #1 WR in the country) to UT before the X fiasco. Ambles will go wherever he wants to go, competition won't be a factor.

What Ambles does need to consider is that at UT his position coach has a history of developing Pro Bowl Wide Receivers in the NFL and Hall of Fame WRs. It doesn't get much more impressive than the list of successful WRs that Baggett has coached.

sooo in other words they dont have a damn clue....i think im officially done with recruiting...these 17 year old kids are making me go nut bag...the only thing that sucks is i am not a big NFL fan....sooo

Maybe CDD is nudging MA into an announcement tomorrow, if that does happen.

The previous rumors were that MA wanted to wait until after NSD and keep the drama going. Now it seems he'll announce tomorrow.

I wonder if Williams and Copeland staying are leading CDD to believe he may not have any room left after tomorrow, and he's telling MA to end the speculation.

something changed mid-day yesterday SC thought they were out yesterday morning but something led them to believe they were back in front last night

The whole deal with heather leads me to believe this doesnt bode well for where we sit with Ambles. This is obviously JMO, but with Chris Low posting it in his blog and it now garnering more national media I just see Ambles as someone not wanting to mess with the drama he has seem to cause with his twitter account. I get the feeling he is trying to hang some fellow vol fans (myself NOT included) out there and laugh about it with his boy Kiff. Call it a hunch and begin to flame whenever. GO VOLS! GET ROGERS!

If he ends up at SC then the NCAA will be all over this one. I've been told Tennessee has evidence that calls were made to him by Kiffin / Orgeron, etc...on Tennessee issued phones recruiting him to USC. USC and Kiffin are already in enough hot water as it is and this will only add to it. Ambles would be completely crazy to go into that situation.

Didnt somebody post that he was contacted by Kiffin and Co. yesterday? If that is true(you know how rumors are) then thats a violation cause the dead period started at midnight on Sunday.Shouldnt be hard to get phone records.

Isn't this a dead period? No contact right? How in the world would his mind change so much if he hasn't spoke with anyone from USC, TN or UNC? Something seems fishy

One call per week per recruit is allowed, I believe.
