I was very impressed with his play at the AAA Game and think the future is very bright for this kid. I wasn't too sure about him at first because I didn't know much about him so I'm glad I finally got to see him action and I'm very excited about his future. I am so pumped about the future for our overall passing game that it gives me chills too. Bray reminds me of a Manning type with his height and his strong fast release and just look at what Kiffin and Leinart did in this offense. Broken records book for offense and total offense along with a NC and with Ambles, Thompkins, Milton, and Meline I'm just seeing a totally diff Vols team in the near future. Just marching down the field and scoring with high scoring games. I can't wait! Go Vols!

Ambles won Best Hands Award at All-American Game:

He really battled teammate Kyle Prater all week for this honor. But it was Ambles' catch in the game while falling to the Alamodome surface that pushed him over the top.

Honorable Mention: Ross Apo, Kyle Prater

Needs Improvement: He needs to stay focused on every rep and prove he wants to be great. Ambles will make a difficult catch look easy and an easy catch look impossible.

I think this is an accurate scout on Ambles (Rivals). Just from some of the film I've seen and watching the USAA game, he really needs to do better in this area. The falling-down catch over Dixon was great, but he had one that was right over his shoulder into his hands on a long-ball that he dropped.

tru he also had like 3 catches called back, where he snagged it with his hands and turned and got yards.... I like what I saw outta Markeith. I think I kninda underestimated his skills

I thought the exact same thing bro. I read the same thing on his Rivals page and when he caught that great one landing on his back and then he had that easy drop I immediately understood and thought of what it said on his page. Good call bro I thought the same thing.
