I think a quick hire will help him stay. It helps the WR coach is in the running for the head job. I feel confident Markeith along with quite a few others will stay if the right hire is made quick.

As far as adding new guys...thats a different story, if we keep the guys we have and get back people like Delvin and Calvin we can have a top 10 class, and hopefully move on to greener pasture.
