'10 GA WR Markeith Ambles - USC Commit

Hopefully that's just him still having a high school mentality knowing if it's a catch or no catch he's considered one of the best in the country, but when he gets to college and the talent level is much greater and the coaches are pushing him in everything he does he'll realize he's gonna have to make those kind of catches. I look forward to watching him the next few yrs.

tru he also had like 3 catches called back, where he snagged it with his hands and turned and got yards.... I like what I saw outta Markeith. I think I kninda underestimated his skills

Kinda surprised you didn't like his skills before Gunna. He's such a smooth receiver people don't think that he's fast but he has a great stride and runs great routes. He's a true playmaker and a No.1 receiver. He's the type of receiver that we haven't had around here in a while. True playmaker.

I think this is an accurate scout on Ambles (Rivals). Just from some of the film I've seen and watching the USAA game, he really needs to do better in this area. The falling-down catch over Dixon was great, but he had one that was right over his shoulder into his hands on a long-ball that he dropped.

Kippy Brown. I could care less what he does before he's a Vol really. He's going to be a monster wide receiver for us.

Not to get off topic, but I agree with you.. I am extremely confident that Bray will be a great one for Tennessee... He has all the tools needed to be successful...

See who wrote the article. Ambles is talking about interest in a visit -- not interest in going there. He's all Vol. I don't know how many times it has to be said.

Let him take his visit if he wants to and quit freaking out. He'll be a Vol in the end.

I'm not saying it isn't correctable, I'm saying he will have work to do when he gets on campus. Obviously Kippy Brown > Frank Wilson as a WR coach though.
