Someone please correct me on this if I'm wrong about the Ambles situation, Im a little confused...

Kiffin bolts and Ambles decommits, then Ambles recommits for whatever reason and is visiting this weekend.

Now if/when Kippy leaves, Ambles will decommit again?

He was probably told he'd get a fair shot at an interview by Hamilton. Obviously, that didn't happen. He's POed because he's been lied to, IMO.

Just curious. Did Kippy really deserve the job? He had one good press conference after the whole fiasco. That does not mean he is ready to take over a program. What experience does he have as a head coach to demand the head coach position here?

For what its worth, earlier this morning the Sports Animal reported that Ambles is no longer visiting. Anyone know if this is accurate?

Considering that he would have kept the whole staff and allowed us to have a proper coaching search, I would have taken Kippy anyday over Who-ley.

Said they had just called his mom and she said he was at a friends house. The friends house line sounds like a cover up though.

We will lose ambles imo if we couldve still gotten him to visit tonight that wouldve been huge and he is our number one recruit hands down.

Before some claim all is lost.....until the ink is on that dotted line nothing is in concrete. Over the years we've seen some surprises at the 11th hour. Can I say Bryce Brown last year....honestly did anyone see that coming or given a chance.

Because Kippy isn't keeping us. It's being reported by multiple sources that Kippy felt the shaft from Hamilton and is now going to the Seahawks. *Edit* although it could just be GoVolsExtra reporting what Wes Rucker already tweeted.
