'10 LA QB Benton "Munchie" Legaux

The new Rivals rankings should be out soon...I have a hard time believing he will remain a 4* with his camp performances.

Yeah there is no way he stays a 4*. I would guess a 3* 5.5 rating is what Rivals will give him.

If he wants to play QB it will be somewhere like Tulane or Memphis or Houston. He has no chance to be an SEC QB.

The big surprise is Munchie. :mega_shok:

I am just playing along before someone asks me for the LINK......

I have no clue, this guy comes in a bumps the thread after the whole surprise conversation in the other thread. I hope he knows what he's talking about, or his e-cred will be ripped to shreds by Sab. :)

It makes me sick every time I see that someone has tried to revive this thread. Just let it go...he's not playing here.

At this point Legaux is not an option at quarterback given what he showed at camp. I think they like him as an athlete, but I don't think he is a college quarterback.

Wow, Hubbs. Orangefan do you have anything else to say.

Hubbs said UT will continue to recruit Brunetti and Rettig and are currently going after Bray. Then he says that a name he keeps hearing is Munchie Legaux and that the fans should not forget about him...

Those 4 are the only QBs he mentioned...

Thanks. I hate not having a sub anymore. The dang economy got me. I am hoping we dont recruit him as a QB. Bray please sir....

That was a question Hubbs also brought up. Who knows. Honestly, I don't think he is much of an athlete. He just doesn't seem like he moves well enough to be a WR...

Yeah, maybe they are keeping him as like a "last resort" or something. I find it very interesting tho.

It's just an unsubstantiated rumor and I'd be shocked if it were true. After the performance at our camp coupled with the fact that he was so bad at Baylor's camp they decided not to offer him, I'd say Munchie's QBing days are over unless he goes to a crappy school. If that Oregon offer is still good, I'd commit now if I were him because his stock has sunk quicker than the titanic.
