dont rub salt in the wound man, me and him had words about it to, sab didnt realize he wasent 100% during the camps physicaly i dont think. but this kid can play QB he needs a good bit of work. but he reminds me alot of tony robinson, he may be a DT but he goes threw his progresson before he throws, then he will take off if nothing is there. i have a feeling he will be a vol as a QB, and maybe strauss too if he has a big fall, then next year we go after LeMay really hard and let them all battle it out.

munchie Legaux = tony robinson
markeith Ambles = Tim McGee :D im gona watch the 86 season highlites now from the sugarvols DVD

Oregon is on top HitEmHard. Oregon has the amazing facilities. I mean, I saw some of the videos, and DANG. i've never seen UT's facilities....but Oregon has got it going on. We're number 3 in his top 5 apparently.

If I remember correctly, Kiffin said Tennessee's facilities were better than the Raiders. I may be wrong but I think he said that. I can't imagine Oregon's facilities are better than the Raiders but who knows.

I have heard Oregon's facilities are amazing. I find it hard to believe, but I hear they are really impressive.

Actually, Oregon's facilities are pretty amazing. Not that ours aren't (because they are great), but I'd say the two are comparable.

Oregon has the best facilities in the country. Phil Knight makes sure of it. They've got NASA designing **** for them.

I'm not following this guy much just saw we was in his top 3 what are our chances with landing him?

Just read the article. Sounds like UT is right behind Oregon. With pressure from this staff, sounds like Tennessee is right in it. I did see the Oregon facilities a little while ago for the first time and they are filthy. Could be hard to beat out Oregon.

Eat crow? I was one of the first to hear that the coaches were on Munchie again. Ask anyone who's anyone around here. I just think there are much better prospects that we are pursuing right now. Munchie claims that Michigan and Baylor are in his top 5. Well Baylor hasn't offered him a scholarship, Michigan has decided to pass on him and has their QB in Devin Gardner. Munchie is basically down to Oregon. And if we are pursuing Munchie as hard as he claims, then why aren't we atop his list? There was a time where Munchie wanted to commit to the Vols and we slowplayed him. Doesn't make sense that now we would be second to Oregon -- a team all the way across the country with less exposure. If we are going after this guy it is as an ATH. He would make a heckuva WR. He's just too inconsistent and too poor a passer to have any kind of success at this level, in this offense.

The bad thing about Munchie is that many other QBs such as Tyler Bray just for one example are improving themselves over the camp circuit and he has continued to be exposed. I'll believe that we are taking this kid as a QB when I hear it from Lane Kiffin himself. I wouldn't mind having this kid as a WR, but I'll throw up if we bring him in as a QB. We would have to have exhausted all of our other options and basically bring him in on a wing and a prayer. The evidence is out there. Everyone else has passed.

I think you buy into these camps too much. Bray needs to prove himself in game first. These camps are to much like the NFL combines where teams fall in love with measurable's and forget about how they play the game. I think it is best at this point for the staff to wait and see how these guys play there Senior years.
