12:04 p.m. EST A source within the Olive Branch (Miss.) program confirmed yesterday that offensive lineman Shon Coleman is indeed wavering in his commitment to Auburn.

Coleman's recruitment has been unusual. At the start of the season, teammate and fellow lineman Damien Robinson received the bulk of the attention from colleges and the media. After a strong performance at the U.S. Army All-American game, Coleman's stock rose, and he's now one of the hottest recruits in the country.

Ole Miss is trying to sway him and convince him to stay local. If he defects, it would have a huge impact for both teams.

Currently, Auburn is in line for a top 10 recruiting class and could end up being ranked in the top 5. Losing Coleman would mean a certain drop for the Tigers.

Meanwhile, Ole Miss has struggled, and desperately needs a big addition like Coleman.

Robinson is also uncommitted, but it doesn't appear his recruitment will influence Coleman's.

Ole piss has nothing too offer come to Tennessee and bring Robinson with you! Can start as true freshman plus your favorite team growing up. All we need is a visit!

Any OL going to Bama better take a look at their roster especially from last year. I think half their class was lineman.

Sounds like Stone to UT and Coleman possibly to Bama. While Shon is higher rated according to Rivals, our staff has obviously put more emphasis on Stone, but are obviously losing ground to Dooley. I think we get Coleman, ya'll get Stone.

Really the last three years they have taken a lot of Linemen. That is probably one of the reasons for our lack of depth at the position.

I think we are in a good position for both. Might not get both though. Might not get either. I do not think we will find out about Coleman until NSD.

It's going to be hard to get Coleman if he doesn't visit this weekend. I believe he's heading to Bammer today and will decide between us and Miami for his final visit.
