'10 OH QB Andrew Hendrix

I just find it hard to believe you can know what any qb is going to do in college BEFORE their senior year, what a crapshoot to hinge your program on a 16-17 year old kid.

But I like Scroggins! I also like Tennessee Bo as a sceond chioce.

Exactly. Like has been said over and over before on here....there will be NUMEROUS guys have break out SR years and end up in the Top 250 or so players in the nation before it is all said and done. Happens every year. And getting a talented 3* isnt necessarily a bad thing. They can develop into superstars as well.

tOSU has been scrambling to land a QB this year it seems like. Their search seems more erratic than even ours.

Yeah i've noticed that too but i'm not sure why. They have a freshman in Terrell Pryor and all we have Ginger and a baseball pitcher. And their supposed to get a beast QB in 2011, but i can't remember his name right now.

Tressel knows the importance of landing a QB every year.

And yeah, Braxton Miller is pretty much a lock to go to tOSU. It's frustrating to see the abundance of wealth at the position at schools like USC and Florida, yet they are going after the same guys we are and just as hard.

HENDRIX LIKING TWO
Moeller quarterback Andrew Hendrix continues to be one of the most highly-touted players at the position in the Midwest.

Hendrix is ranked the 11th best pro-style quarterback in the nation by Rivals.com and the second highest that has yet to commit.

"As far as schools, I am seriously interested in, Ohio State and Notre Dame are very high on my list," Hendrix told the Cincinnati Enquirer. "It's really coming down to them and maybe a couple of others."

The four-star recruit is approaching 20 offers which also include Tennessee, Cincinnati, and Miami (FL).

Per Rivals...

I always thought if he commited to us that he would pull and AAron Craft. Use us to get his pub high then decommit when he got something closer to home. I guess he did kind of play us though. I dont care, I never really wanted him from day 1

Any reasoning for this?

He doesn't sound any different than any recruit listening to the pitch and making his way through the recruiting process.
